| On the south side of the Multicultural Heritage Centre and Oppertshauser House lies the Parkland County Demonstration Farm, a 5 acre site designed to provide information about contemporary farming issues and practices. The Parkland County Demonstration Farm was one six “Demonstration Farms” in Alberta of created in the spring of 1911 by the Dominion Government of Canada. These farms were operated by the Provincial Government until 1924. | ||||||||||
