HAS Concept Plan

An opportunity exists for the Multicultural Heritage Centre to establish a distinct “Cultural Campus” facility , consolidating the cultural needs of the Tri-Communities of Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and Parkland County, and become the first composite facility in Canada integrating culture, agriculture and social enterprise as the foundation for the Centre’s social, economic and environmental sustainability.
